L2*Automobile Fire w/ Exposure - (71D1) - Wellington Woods

At 1419 hours, stations 3,6 and 12, Ladder and Engine 15, Ladder 28, Engine 32 were dispatched for a vehicle fire with exposure to a structure. 68B went on scene at 1424 requesting a working alarm which added Rescue 18 for the RIT. 12-6, 6-6 and 15-5 responded to the initial dispatch and arrived on scene for fire attack. 15-7 was onscene at 1436, assigned to the roof for ventilation. 9-3 was on-the-road dispatched and arrived at 1437 assisting with fire attack, followed closely by R-18, 28-5 and L-28. 12-6 advised command of fire knock down on second floor, checking for extension as fire had moved into the attic space. Command asked for cover assignments to 3,6 and 12 stations. At 1450 command asked for EVAC tone for possible roof collapse. Command asked for RIT to be replaced as R-18 was put to work on investigation, 16-5 was on-the-road dispatched for RIT. Command placed scene undercontrol at 1506 hours with units working. Units began clearing at 1526. Units Responding: 12-6, B6, A3, 68B, 15-5, 9-3, R-18, FM29, 15-7, 6-6, A15, L-28, Medic 9C, 28-5 and 16-5.
