Delaware City Fire responded to an MVC with entrapment at River Rd./ Governor Lea Rd. Units operated for 15 minutes poping the driver's side door. C15 evaluated and transportesd the patient to Christiana Trauma Center. Delaware State Police is investigating the scene.
