The Delaware State Fire Chief's Association held their quarterly meeting at Station 15. President Terry Jester and his Officers had a productive meeting that was well attended. Speaker Chief Ted Lowden discussed combination departments and DSFS Senior instructor Jack Wilson discussed the state wide mayday committee's work on the mayday policy.
