NCC Surface Water Team was activated at 12:43 hours to assist the Odessa Fire Company, Marine Units 29 and 26 on a motorist stranded in high water. A-24 arrived on scene at 12:47 hours. 24-8 advised at 12:49 hours that the situation was under control. Marine units from Station 29 (290 and 29 Marine 2) returned. Special Ops 15 and 15 Marine 2 were held in the station.
