Engine & Ladder Assist Christiana - Residential Fire - 69D5 - Granger Drive - Wrangle Hill Estates

Station 15 was alerted for and Engine and Ladder assist Stations 3,6,12 for a Residential Fire (69D5) on Granger Avenue in Wrangle Hill Estates. Fire was reported on the front porch. Engine 12-5, 12-8B (Lutz) and A-3 responded at 20:31 hours. At 20:32 hours the Communications Center received additional call stating the house is on fire and someone is trying to go back into the residence to get a vehicle key. 6-9A arrived on scene with fire showing at 20:32 hours. 15-7 responded at 20:32 hours and 15-4 responded at 20:34 hours. 6-9A advised for the first unit “not” to lay in. Ladder 6-7 and 12-5 arrived on scene at 20:38 hours 128-B arrived on scene at 20:38 hours assuming Wrangle Hill Command. 15-7 arrived at 20:40 hours. Command advised bulk of the fire was knocked down at 20:41 hours and to have the remainder of the box stage. 15-4 arrived at staging at 20:42 hours. Command placed the scene under control at 20:44 hours holding 12-5, 6-7 and 6-6. Station 15 units cleared the scene at 20:46 hours. Responding Units: 15-4, 15-7, A-3, B-6, 6-6, 6-7, Rescue 8, A-10, B-12, 12-5, 12-8, 12-8B, Medic 6D and FM-22.
