Last night Nancy Migliavacca, of the Delaware City Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary was installed as the President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the New Castle County Volunteer Firefighters Association, making history as the first member of our auxiliary to serve in that capacity. She was pinned by her father, Chief Emeritus, Charles Neel.
