At 21:20 hours, Stations 15/29 were dispatched for a single vehicle MVC in the area of 900 S. DuPont Highway / RTE 1.  A-15, RE-15, Deputy 15 [Mackenzie] and 29-6 responded at 21:23 hours.  Rescue Engine 15 placed the scene under control at 21:31 hours with a patient refusal.
