Engine 15 responded on the initial alarm on Paisley St., St. Andrews develpment. Crew operate as the RIT (3rd engine) initially. Christiana D/C Anderson reassigned the crew to the interior operating on the first floor of the original fire building. C15 responded further into the alarm and provided EMS service. Thoughts with the Christiana FF transported to Christiana Hospital for evaluation.
