At 10:20 hours Station 15 was alerted for a Engine Cover Assignment while Station 18 was on scene with a Building Fire in Centerpoint Industrial Park.

Rescue Engine 15 [Lieutenant Reeder] made the response and while in cover responded to a Structure Fire with Hazmat in Southgate Industrial Park at 11:07 hours until being released at 11:52 hours and then to a Medical Run at in Jefferson Farms until cancelled by Engine 18 at 12:00 hours.
