Delaware City responded to a report of a rollover MVC on Rt 1 SB south of Wrangle Hill Rd. Rescue Engine 15 arrived to find a utility truck that was traveling northbound had appeared to loose control striking the median cable and rolling over into the sounthbound lanes. A15 evaluated and transported the driver to the Christiana Trauma center with NCCEMS. DSP was on scene.
