WORKING JOB ON TAYLOR STREET - KINGSMILL

New Castle County Communications alerted companies for a shed on fire with exposures in the area of South Dragon Drive & Taylor Street in the Kings Mill section of Delaware City.  Medic 6C was on scene reporting that the shed was involved with extension into the house trailer and a van in front of the address. 

Engine Company 65 was the first due engine and reported that an additional trailer was involved.  Deputy Finnegan arrived and established Kings Mill Command.  Engine 155 staffed with 6 under the command of Lt. Moralas laid out from South Dragon & Taylor and stretched a line into the orginal fire building.  Engine 154 staffed with 5 under the command of Assistant Chief Nestch laid out from Hunters Run Way & Bridle Way and stretched multiple lines in the exposure and the propane storage tanks. 

Command assigned Deputy 29 ( Speakman ) to Division 1 and Assistant Chief ( Netsch ) to Exposure B.  There were approximately 50 personnel on scene from several departments.  The fire is being investigated by the state fire marshall's office.
