17:46hrs, Station 4/24(Odessa) and Station 15 were dispatched to an MVC on Route 1 southbound at the Toll Plaza. Rescue 24 and A-15 arrived on scene at 17:54hrs to find a single vehicle in the median. Rescue 15 arrived at 17:56hrs and handled the road closer on the southbound lanes. 4-8-B (Schulze) had the Route 1 Command. A-15 / Medic 5 transported to the Christiana Trauma Center.
