At 18:45 hours station 15 was dispatched for a motor vehicle crash at Tybouts Corner.

A-15 arrived on scene reporting a 2-vehicle accident with 2 injuries requesting a 2nd BLS. B-15 responded also.

Rescue 15 arrived with 158-B (Neel) assuming command. A-15 transported 1 patient while the 2nd patient was handled by DSP.

Scene turned over to DSP.
